DELIVERY AND PICKUP SERVICES

Our uniformed delivery team serves Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Ohio, Maryland and New York. The status of each order is monitored.

The delivery/pick-up fee is based on the delivery ZIP code. Please see the Delivery Area Map.

After-hours delivery/pick up is available to customers at an additional charge. This service is designed to accommodate any deliveries/pick-ups that cannot be scheduled during our normal hours of operation. Time sensitive deliveries/pick-ups are available to customers that require a specific delivery/pick up time. We can also schedule a specific time during our normal hours of operation to accommodate any busy schedule.

We operate with 9 truck bays during peak months.
SETUP AND STRIKE

Ever wish you didn't have to setup your event?

We provide set up and strike services for tables, chairs, and linens for an additional fee.

These arrangements must be scheduled prior to the delivery/pick up.

24-HOUR EMERGENCY SERVICE

A representative is on-call 24-hours a day seven days a week for emergencies.

This service provides peace of mind and confidence for a flawless event.

ON-SITE EVENT TECHNICIAN

An event technician is available to provide support with rental equipment issues that may occur.

For an additional charge, a technician will remain on-site for the event duration.

This service must be scheduled prior to delivery.

A trained representative can prepare an electronic drawing for your event.

Layouts will indicate the location of tables, chairs, dance floor, etc.

This allows the customer to review the layout prior to the event. Below is an example of an Electronic 3-D event drawing.
